Our services are not medical treatments and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
4. Appointments & Consultations
Consultations may be free or paid, as indicated at the time of booking.
Appointment availability is not guaranteed until confirmed.
We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion for safety, compliance, or conduct reasons.
5. Payments & Pricing
a. Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
b. Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors such as Stripe, Affirm, Credee, or similar providers. Z9 Wellness does not store full payment details.
By making a purchase, you authorize these processors to charge your selected payment method.
6. Financing & Payment Plans
If you choose a payment plan or financing option:
Terms, eligibility, and interest rates are determined by the third-party provider or agreed installment plan
Z9 Wellness does not act as a bank or lender
Financing is subject to approval and provider agreements
Failure to make payments may result in service suspension or additional fees per the provider’s terms.
7. Refunds & Cancellations
Unless otherwise stated:
All sales are final
No refunds are provided for completed services
Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to fees
Specific cancellation or rescheduling policies may be communicated at the time of booking.
8. Client Responsibility
You agree to:
Provide accurate information during booking and consultations
Follow all safety instructions provided
Disclose relevant health information voluntarily (non-medical)
Z9 Wellness is not responsible for results based on incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
9. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that participation in wellness, fitness, tattoo, and body contouring services carries inherent risks. By using our services, you voluntarily assume all associated risks.

All website content, branding, logos, text, and materials are the property of Z9 Wellness and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
