Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services, programs, and purchases made with Z9 Wellness (“Zelle 9 Wellness,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By booking an appointment or purchasing a program, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Policy

Z9 Wellness provides service-based, time-reserved offerings. Because time, staffing, and resources are allocated in advance:

  • All sales are final, unless otherwise stated

  • No refunds are provided for completed services

  • No refunds are provided for missed appointments

2. In-Person Body Contouring Services

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance

  • Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a $75 cancellation fee

Fee Authorization

By booking an in-person body contouring appointment, you authorize Z9 Wellness to charge the $75 cancellation fee to the payment method on file if the cancellation policy is violated.

3. Fitness Programs & Digital / Ongoing Programs

❌ No Cancellations / No Refunds

  • All fitness programs, coaching programs, and digital or ongoing wellness programs are non-refundable

  • Once purchased, no cancellations, refunds, or credits will be issued for any reason

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Fitness coaching programs

  • Wellness programs

  • Structured plans or packages

  • Digital or remote services

4. Payment Plans & Financing

If you choose to use a payment plan or third-party financing provider (including Stripe-supported payment plans, Affirm, Credee, or similar):

  • Refunds and cancellations are still governed by this policy

  • You remain responsible for any obligations under your financing agreement

  • Z9 Wellness does not control third-party lender refund policies

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases, Z9 Wellness may, at its sole discretion, offer a credit or reschedule option due to:

  • Provider unavailability

  • Facility issues

  • Safety or operational concerns

Any exception is not guaranteed and is evaluated case by case.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback in violation of this policy may result in:

  • Permanent refusal of service

  • Collection of supporting documentation

  • Enforcement of agreed cancellation or non-refund terms

7. Policy Updates

Z9 Wellness reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
